The Norwegian Research Council (NRC) has announced that Oilfield Technology Group AS (OTG) was one of 22 applicants that has been awarded a 3-year Petromaks funding from 2012, and NRC commented especially on the OTG project in their press release:
"Oilfield Technology Group skal sammen med Sintef IKT utvikle et verktøy som i sanntid kan gi organisasjonen på en installasjon et helhetlig og integrert risikobilde sammen med ulike forslag til tiltak. Dette vil kunne bidra til sikrere drift for både mennesker og miljø".
